Karla McKee is the marketing information director at Trinchero Family Estates, a family-owned wine company based in Napa Valley, California. Her current work includes consumer research design, industry analysis, and development of applications for tracking brand performance. Previous responsibilities encompassed advertising, promotions, and brand management. Karla began her career in retail management, including Target Stores and Leopold Records, which was followed by financial services marketing. Her passions for learning and knowledge-sharing led to her earning an MLIS degree at San José State University and an MBA degree, with a specialization in information systems strategy, at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. In addition to Beta Gamma Sigma, Karla is a member of the American Marketing Association, American Society for Information Science & Technology, Association for Computing Machinery, IEEE Computer Society, and Beta Phi Mu. She has an unapologetic fondness for reading Dashiell Hammett novels and is a malleable Giants/Dodgers/Phillies fan (according to which friends she is with). Back to bios
